Weiss ETF Strategic Allocation Portfolio: The Weiss ETF Strategic Allocation
Portfolio, a managed investment program, is designed to assist investors, who have
a moderate risk tolerance, in diversifying assets and simplifying the process
associated with investing in exchange traded funds (ETFs)1.
With the growing popularity and number of ETFs now available, virtually an entire
portfolio of ETFs, diversified in stocks, bonds and alternatives, such as precious
metals, real estate, and commodities, can be assembled in a single managed account.
Our managed program, the Weiss ETF Strategic Allocation Portfolio, provides you
with professional investment management, simplified record keeping, and strategic
rebalancing. Account minimum: $100,000. Maximum annual management fee of 2.00% on
all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance, based upon the previous quarter's
market value of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year
holding period is recommended.3

WCM Sector Series ETF Sector Rotation: Concentrated: The ETF
Sector Rotation: Concentrated Program is designed to provide investors,
who have a long-term time horizon and an aggressive risk tolerance, with
the potential for growth of principal. The portfolio manager seeks to realize this
objective by investing in top-ranked exchange traded funds (ETFs)1 according to his proprietary quantitative methods. Account
minimum: $100,000. Maximum annual management fee of 2.25% on all assets in the Program,
paid quarterly in advance, based upon the previous quarter's market value of your
account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year holding period
is recommended.3 5 6
WCM Sector Series ETF Sector Rotation: Diversified: The ETF
Sector Rotation: Diversified Program is designed for investors with a moderate
risk tolerance seeking long-term growth of capital. In seeking to achieve this goal,
the Program’s portfolio manager utilizes a proprietary methodology to uncover
short-term opportunities in a diversified portfolio of several top-ranked ETFs.1 This approach is designed to identify several
ETFs that are expected to enable the Program to outperform its benchmark, the S&P
500 Index, over time, regardless of the overall direction of the market. This program
holds 8-10 separate ETFs at any one time, giving the portfolio diversification across
different securities or commodities. Account minimum: $100,000. Maximum annual management
fee of 2.25% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance, based upon
the previous quarter's market value of your account.
Note: Minimum three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3 5
Weiss All-World Strategic Growth Program: (name changed from Weiss
All-Star Growth Program on July 25, 2007) The Weiss All-World Strategic Growth Program
is a professionally managed, mutual fund-based strategy, that seeks to provide long-term
growth by investing in both domestic and international equity mutual funds, including
those that invest in emerging markets. The goal of this ‘go-anywhere’
strategy is to uncover trends in the global marketplace and position the Program
to potentially benefit from these trends as they develop. As part of our selection
process, we look for mutual funds that have a history of strong performance through
various market cycles — up trends, downtrends and markets that are trendless
— drifting with no clear direction. We aim to combine our own experience and
expertise with that of each mutual fund manager to ultimately help you reach your
financial goals. This global investment program is designed for investors with an
aggressive risk tolerance. Account minimum: $50,000. Annual management
fee of 1.75% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance, based upon
the previous quarter's market value of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five
year holding period is recommended.3
4 5
Weiss Balanced Program: Just as the name implies, the Weiss Balanced
Program uses a “balanced” approach to asset allocation — seeking
to provide long-term capital growth, along with the potential for above-average
levels of income.
This professionally managed program, designed for investors with a moderate
risk tolerance, invests in a diversified portfolio of domestic dividend-paying common
stocks, international equity mutual funds, fixed-income mutual funds, and other
investments to attempt to achieve its objective. Our experienced portfolio manager
continually assesses the risk/reward spectrum to determine what he believes to be
an appropriate mix. There is also the ability to reduce equity exposure to minimize
the impact of market declines on portfolio returns. Account minimum: $150,000. Annual
management fee of 1.50% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance,
based upon the previous quarter's market value of your account. Note: Minimum
three-to-five year holding period is recommended.2

Weiss Select Equity Portfolio: The portfolio manager of the Weiss Select
Equity Portfolio utilizes the stock-rating system of TheStreet.com Ratings to assist
in the stock selection of high-quality companies listed on the US stock exchanges.
The manager uses TheStreet.com Ratings system to narrow the universe of “BUY-”
rated companies by screening them against specific criteria: low valuations, financial
strength, relatively low debt levels, consistent profitability and other fundamental
criteria, to form a focused list of companies that, in the opinion of the portfolio
manager, are the best companies, with the objective of building a portfolio expected
to outperform the S&P 500 Index over a full-market cycle. The Weiss Select Equity
Portfolio is suitable for investors with a moderate risk tolerance who
are looking for a program that offers the potential for capital appreciation from
a high-quality equity strategy. Account minimum: $150,000. Annual management fee
of 1.50% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance, based upon the
previous quarter's market value of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year
holding period is recommended.2
3 5
Weiss Bear Strategy: The Weiss Bear Strategy is a unique professionally
managed investment strategy, designed for investors with an aggressive
risk tolerance, that is designed to speculate and take advantage of prolonged US
stock or bond market declines. This strategy has the flexibility to “short”
by investing in inverse index funds. This strategy is structured in this manner
to accommodate investors who own stocks, bonds, or other investments that could
be vulnerable to a bear market — a prolonged period of poor stock market performance.
Account minimum: $50,000. Annual management fee of 1.50% on all assets in the Strategy,
paid quarterly in advance, based upon the previous quarter’s market value
of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3 5
6
Weiss Diversified Global Income and Growth Program: (name changed from
Miniature Diversified Income Program on March 31, 2007) The Weiss Diversified Global
Income and Growth Program, designed for investors with a moderate risk
tolerance, is designed to generate a higher level of current income than a portfolio
of US Treasury Bills and Bonds, plus growth of principal. We seek to achieve this
objective by investing in fixed-income and equity mutual funds. The Program’s
investments typically span the general US and global markets, in addition to specific
markets/sectors, depending on prevailing economic/market conditions and forecasts.
Account minimum: $50,000 (previous minimum initial investment was $5,500). Annual
management fee of 1.00% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance,
based upon the previous quarter's market value of your account. Note: Minimum
three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3
4 5
Weiss Diversified Income Builder: (name changed from Weiss Diversified
Income Program on July 25th, 2007) The Weiss Diversified Income Program is a professionally
managed, fixed-income, mutual fund-based investment program designed to generate
higher levels of income with an emphasis on protection of principal and price stability.
This program is designed for the moderate investor who seeks a better overall
return than a pure US Treasury program. Account minimum: $50,000. Annual management
fee of 1.00% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance, based upon
the previous quarter's market value of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year
holding period is recommended.3
4 5
Weiss Diversified Income Plus Program: The Weiss Diversified Income
Plus Program, designed for investors with a moderate risk tolerance, has
similar core investments as its sister program, the Weiss Diversified Income Program,
plus an allotment to specialty stock mutual funds. The equity mutual fund
component intends to serve as protection from inflationary forces and rising interest
rates, and to potentially contribute to a higher return. Account minimum: $50,000.
Annual management fee of 1.25% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance,
based upon the previous quarter’s market value of your account. Note:
Minimum three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3 4 5
Weiss Managed Treasury Program: The Weiss Managed Treasury
Program seeks higher returns than pure money market instruments alone, while providing
maximum safety and liquidity to the risk-averse investor. This professionally managed
program invests exclusively in US Treasury obligations. Account minimum: $100,000.
Annual management fee of 0.50% on all assets in the Program, paid quarterly in advance,
based upon the previous quarter’s market value of your account. Note:
Minimum three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3
Weiss Total Return Convertibles Program: The Weiss Total Return Convertibles
Program is a professionally managed, designed for investors with a moderate
risk tolerance, convertible securities investment program, which uses convertible
bonds as the primary investment vehicle, plus a limited number of high-grade convertible
preferred stocks. Issues are selected based on their creditworthiness, risk aversion,
yield-support characteristics, diversification, and long-term appreciation. Account
minimum: $150,000. Annual management fee of 1.50% on all assets in the Program,
paid quarterly in advance, based upon the previous quarter’s market value
of your account. Note: Minimum three-to-five-year holding period is recommended.3 5
Protecting your financial
assets is of utmost importance to us. That’s why each Weiss Capital Management
managed account is held in custody by a third-party custodian. Every month, clients
receive a single, consolidated statement from the custodian that summarizes their
investment positions and activity in an easy-to-read format to simplify record keeping
and year-end tax preparation.
Upon request, Weiss Capital
Management can prepare a quarterly review of your accounts to update you on your
investment progress and performance. Also, all account holders receive our quarterly
newsletter, Investors Quarterly, which provides updates on financial matters
and events that we believe will be of interest to our clients.
Any cash balances are always
working for you as they are swept into the Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund.*
As with all investment programs,
there are no guarantees that we will be able to achieve the objectives stated here
or in other materials. Past performance is not indicative of future returns, and
as with any investment program, it is possible to lose money by investing in these
programs.
International investing
presents certain risks not associated with investing solely in the United States.
These include, for instance, risks related to fluctuations in the value of the US
dollar relative to the values of other currencies, custody arrangements made for
the fund's foreign holdings, political risks, differences in accounting procedures,
and the lesser degree of public information required to be provided by non-US companies.
Any mutual fund that is
selected for use in any of our managed investment programs is strictly based on
the particular funds stand-alone investment merit and on nothing else. Portfolio
results may vary. We make no guarantees as to the performance of any investment
strategy you may choose and are not responsible for any losses you may incur due
to market conditions. Weiss Capital Management does not receive, and will not receive,
any special compensation or financial incentive from any mutual fund company for
the use of any mutual fund in any of our managed investment programs. Transaction
costs, if any, are assessed and received by the custodian, not by Weiss Capital
Management or the particular fund family. On certain select mutual funds, transaction
costs may apply.

on any program included on this web page, please read the firm’s ADV Part
II before investing as well as each program’s marketing materials.
1 Exchange traded funds are typically
index funds, trusts, or depositary receipts.
2 In addition to the management fee,
trading commissions (an additional client cost associated with these particular
investment strategies) will be generated. As the investment adviser, we do not receive
any of these commission dollars. These programs may generate short-term capital
gains, which may not be suitable for all investors. Please consult with your tax
adviser before investing in these programs.
3 Investors in this program will have
their portfolio rebalanced as necessary to maintain the Program's model asset allocations.
Rebalancing may generate nominal fees. Asset allocation for this program is subject
to change.
4 Certain mutual funds used in the program
may impose a minimum holding period or redemption fees will be assessed. Redemption
fees, if any, are assessed and received by the mutual fund company itself. On certain
mutual funds, transaction costs may apply. These programs may use both load and
no-load mutual funds. As an investor in the program, you will not pay a sales
load on any of the mutual funds selected. Freestanding no-load mutual funds will
also be used in these Programs.
5 The suitability of this program for
IRAs, 401(k)s and other retirement plans is at the discretion of the plan’s
sponsor or fiduciary.
6 This program is not recommended for
keep-safe funds.
* Weiss Capital Management provides investment advisory, administrative,
and other services to the Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund and receives compensation
for those services. An investment in the Fund is not insured or guaranteed by
the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC) or any other government agency. Although
the Fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is
possible to lose money by investing in the Fund. Because short-term
interest rates can fluctuate substantially over the short term, as with most money
market funds, the rate of income will vary from day to day, generally reflecting
these changes in rates. As interest rates change, the value of securities held by
the Fund will also fluctuate.
The Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund is offered and sold to persons
residing in the United States and is offered by prospectus only. Please read
the prospectus carefully before you invest or send money as it contains a complete
description of the Fund’s investment objective, as well as all charges, expenses
and an assessment of risk, all of which should be considered carefully before investing.
