Sharon A. Daniels, is the President of Weiss Capital
Management, Inc. and Weiss Capital Securities, a full-service brokerage firm and
subsidiary of Weiss Capital Management. She brings more than two decades of investing
experience to Weiss, with an emphasis on investment program design, allocation and
analysis. Her background spans various investment arenas, including brokerage, retail
and institutional sales and development. Ms. Daniels joined Weiss Capital Management
in 1990 as Vice President, where she co-developed and introduced a line of mutual
funds. She then took a six-year opportunity to edit and publish her financial newsletter,
UnDiscovered Stocks. In 2004, she rejoined the firm and now devotes herself,
full time, to running Weiss Capital Management and Weiss Capital Securities. Ms.
Daniels holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University and
holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 65 securities licenses.
Dan Ascani is Executive Vice President of Weiss Capital Management, Inc. and portfolio manager for the WCM Sector Series ETF Sector Rotation: Concentrated Program, WCM Sector Series ETF Sector Rotation: Diversified Program and the Weiss ETF Strategic Allocation Portfolio. Dan has been a licensed professional in the securities industry for nearly 25 years. Since the early 1990s, he has been involved in the development of mutual-fund, ETF and hedge-fund products for investors, major mutual-fund institutions and Registered Investment Advisers. As head of the futures introducing broker, Ascani Brokerage Services, Inc., in the 1990s and, now, Gemini Futures LLC, Mr. Ascani directs the institutional futures trading desk and has assisted many futures traders with their trading. He has also edited and published market research newsletters for both retail and institutional investors since 1987. Dan earned two Bachelor’s degrees from UCLA and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Steve Chapman is Vice President of Weiss Capital
Management, Inc., Weiss Capital Securities, Inc., and portfolio manager of the Weiss
Diversified Income Builder, Diversified Income Plus, Diversified Global Income and
Growth and the All-World Strategic Growth programs. He works closely with our Financial
Advisors to provide a high level of client service that includes making sure that
their investment allocations are consistent with their personal financial goals.
Steve has over 30 years of institutional, retail brokerage, financial and securities
experience with some of the most recognized and respected firms in the industry.
In addition, Steve holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Sebastian Leburn,
CFA, is the portfolio manager for the Weiss Balanced and Managed Treasury Programs,
as well as the Weiss Bear Strategy, Weiss Select Equity Portfolio and the Weiss
Treasury Only Money Market Fund. He is a graduate of Florida State University where
he earned a master’s degree in economics. Sebastian plays a crucial role in
investment program strategy, design and development. As a CFA Charter holder, Sebastian
is committed to setting the highest standards of professional excellence and integrity.
Sebastian holds a FINRA Series 7 securities license.

John Breazeale,
joined Weiss Capital Management, Inc. in 1994 as the firm’s president. In
2001, he left Weiss to become sub-adviser for the Weiss Managed Treasury Program,
Weiss Dynamic Program and Weiss Treasury Only Money Market Fund.
A graduate of Louisiana
State University, John’s career includes tenures at the prestigious New York
City investment banking firm, Lehman Brothers, where he served as manager of Lehman
Special Securities, Inc., as well as at Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management, where
he became chief investment officer. John was also chief investment officer at Provident
Institutional Management Corp. where he was elected to the board of directors. John
moved to South Florida to join Mackenzie Investment Management Inc. (MIMI), as senior
vice president. This change allowed him to be in a position to design, develop,
and manage the investment and trading area for a new mutual fund company.
Michael F.
Carr, CFA, serves
as President and Chief Executive Officer of Carr & Associates and sub-advises
the Weiss Total Return Convertibles Program.
Mr. Carr’s professional
career has spanned more than 40 years in the investment industry in: equity and
bond research, institutional sales, and portfolio management. Immediately prior
to founding Carr & Associates, Mr. Carr was a senior vice president of Shearson
Lehman Hutton.
Mr. Carr is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.
He has served as a member of the Institute's Council of Examiners, as a member of
its Advocacy Committee and, for over 20 years, as a New York Stock Exchange- accredited
supervisory analyst. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Carr received
his Masters of Business Administration from New York University. He is also a nationally
known speaker and market commentator.
Marilyn V.
Brown, CFA, works
together with Michael Car to sub-advise the Weiss Total Return Convertibles Program.
One of the pioneering women in the investment industry, in the 1960s, Ms. Brown
developed and managed the institutional research program at Dain Rauscher (currently
RBC Dain Rauscher, Inc.), a leading regional investment firm. In the early 1970s,
she managed institutional equity research at Drexel Burnham.
Ms. Brown also is a member
of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. She was the first National Program
Chairman of the Financial Analysts Federation, a predecessor organization of the
ICFA. She also served as a member of the Federation's Accounting Committee and for
many years was a Supervisory Analyst accredited by the New York Stock Exchange.
A frequent speaker and author on investment issues and formerly an Advisor on ERISA
to the Secretary of Labor, Ms. Brown has been honored by the YWCA as Woman in International
Industry. She is a cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
