Gary Henderson,
Sales Manager/Senior Financial Advisor at Weiss Capital Management, Inc., understands

Steven Horowitz, Senior
Financial Advisor at Weiss Capital Management, Inc., always puts his clients first,
making investment recommendations based on their individual financial goals and
objectives. He accomplishes this by focusing on Weiss Capital Management’s
professionally managed investment programs.
Steve brings about three
decades of investment experience to Weiss Capital Management, including an extensive
background in sales, operations, administration and client relations. Most recently
he was part of a team that operated an independent office at Raymond James. Prior
to that, Steve held positions at well-known Wall Street firms such as Prudential
Securities (formerly Prudential Bache) and Merrill Lynch. He holds multiple FINRA

Todd Robbins,

Sharon Teets,
a Financial Advisor at Weiss Capital Management, Inc., has almost three decades
of experience in the financial-services industry. She started her career at EF Hutton
& Co. Inc. (now known as Smith Barney), as a sales assistant, before becoming
a successful Financial Advisor. After an 18-year career at Hutton, Sharon helped
to open a brokerage division at a community bank. She also held tenures at John
W. Henry & Company, Inc. and UBS Financial Services, Inc. before joining Weiss
Capital Management in 2006.

Lance Millar,
a Financial Advisor at Weiss Capital Management Inc., believes that the most important
service he can provide to his clients is to help them consistently implement strategies
poised for long-term success. He believes that investors often look only in one
direction - backward, instead of forward - when making financial decisions. Although
markets will react differently to outside influences (economic indicators, earnings
reports, geopolitical events, etc.), investors are more likely to meet and exceed
their goals when they use active management to keep their portfolios properly positioned.
Lance has been in the investment
industry for a number of years, having worked at UBS in the Wealth Management division
and at Wachovia. Prior to becoming involved in the financial industry, Lance worked
for 10 years in the “paratransit” industry where he helped provide transportation
services to the disabled and elderly. He holds multiple FINRA securities licenses,
including Series 66 and Series 7, as well as the Florida Life, Health and Variable
Annuity insurance licenses.

Jill Rance, a registered
sales assistant with Weiss Capital Management, Inc., decided to follow the rest
of her family to Wall Street where she began her career as a sales assistant in
the investment industry just prior to the stock-market crash of 1987.
Throughout her career, Jill
has assisted brokers at Prudential, PaineWebber, Wachovia Securities and Bank of
America Securities, amongst others.

Sandra moved to Florida, with her husband, in 1987. They own a successful family-style
